Return Policy

At Ellie Blake Boutique, we gladly accept returns for unworn clothing items with their original tags intact and clear garment packaging featuring the SKU label. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

To qualify for a full refund, initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving all items in your order. The return window begins on the day tracking indicates a delivered status. Ensure that the items are shipped back to us within 7 days of submission.

For split package orders, the return window starts from the final package delivery date and time.

Orders not meeting the specified criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of shipping errors or damaged items.

Allow Ellie Blake Boutique 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return. We will send you an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
